Hi. First, I really like the site template. Smooth colours. My choice. Good job done on it. Second, the script is good you use for registrations and survey creations. Good job on it. Third, I think you need a forum for your site.

» Very Very Nice Colors, Nice pick.
» Nice on the Google Ad, Keeping it smoothly small.

Down's
» The text on the login item, make it black or blue. don't make it white because its a bright color.

Very nice layout! Nice work, but you really need to change color of text in the log in box
