What do you think of my website? Do you think the idea of being able to view 4 tech deal websites at once will bring good traffic?

Yeh, it's a good idea.

I think the blue on the nav' bar needs to be less saturated, it looks a bit too bright, especially as it's on a white background.

Should be black also, maybe put it in a table, and make it the same width as the rest of the page, so all the site is inline?

Add some CSS to the text/links, Make them black, and use a nice font, such as Verdana.

Looks like it doesn't have much traffic yet, but the concept is new.
* Originality
Four at once idea? It sounds good, but might be hard to control and has several risks. But only one way will find out.
* Variation and Layout
Too much blue! Times New Roman! Change this for a more professional feel. If not, then use a table. Needs images.
* Appearance
The banner needs a bit of work. Maybe a CMS website will help manage this for you.
* antman's Last Words
It's a good site, but you need to distinguish it from sites like eBay. Good luck
