Not too bad, but I do agree that a black background is a bad idea. Even if you use a dark grey it would look better.
I also think that the links at the bottom should be next to each other. For example:
http://www.pcplanets.com/ | http://www.bofunk.com/ | http://www.hotget.com/
ect.

Maybe add an anchor to the links as well.
