Your layout is very nice. It is easy to see and the colors flow smoothly in my opinion. Below are my suggestions:

1. Your "Home" and "Kentucky Depot Online Store" text looks bad. Remove the shadow on it and you should be fine. I would aim for clear and crisp like the rest of your text.

2. Your Yahoo ad is annoying. Try choosing a different shade of green to blend it in with the site if you can. You might also want to try using square box ads in your content to get a higher CTR.

3. Work on your grammar. There are very obvious grammatical errors on your website. With all the hard work you put in your design, do you really want your use of grammar to ruin the effect? For example

Should be

To make it even better, I would change your wording to make sound more attractive like I did below.

Click here to sign up as a seller at the KyDepot store, a great place to sell your unwanted goods to people near you or for finding deals on items for sale in Kentucky. An experienced marketer could write something even better than I did above.

As your website grows, you may want to talk to local businesses about advertising on your website. You may be surprised how much you get because you will be giving them a target market of local customers.

As it is a store the design is alright. But to me the layout is very crowded and the colors don't get to well together as well as the font isn't the best choice IMO but with a little twiking that site will be killer. PS the colors might just be me

Catched my attention in first few seconds, websites are really done well , pretty much seo`d. Only thing that hurted me a bit was yellow/brownish colour but it still looks very pro.

Perhaps get rid of the underline on the right hand side for the larger text blocks. It's got a good general look, but could use some icons or graphics for some of the sections

Hi,

Looks good.

However, i think if you changed the background colour to something lighter, it would be alot better, the dark colour just doesn't go with the orange and blues.

Also, it would be better wider.

My last thing, the text that says "Catagories", you shoul change the colour, it doesn't match the rest of the site.

Upon first glance the site looks quite professional and the layout works well. I would try to state the fact that this site is specifically for residence of Kentucky in a more upfront place, such as moving the "Why chose KyDepot" box above the fold.

Also on the homepage the two different shades of green used for three title bars seem out of place, since they are not really seen anywhere else on the site.

All of my suggestions are only involve minor changes so overall your site seems great, best of luck.
