The basic layout looks good. Colors, spacing, etc... seems appropriate. I would redo the logo in the upper left corner. Make it sharper, and a little bolder, since your color scheme is on the subdued side.

Design looks nice but it seems too wide and I have to scroll sideways to see it all - My monitor is about 19 or 20 inch and set at 1024 X 768.

Sideways scrolling is a pretty big no no IMO

Yes, I agree; layout is pretty good but screen size should be smaller..
