Copied 'SOME'? Sorry, but that is NOT cool to copy a site like that. Every category and descriptions are word for word the same and you're even using a similar domain.

Then why don't you take it all down if you're truely sorry. Because you're currently using all our content for your benefit. So please change it all now. It doesn't make a difference whether you say you're testing or not.
If you look closely down at the bottom of this forum, this site does have a copyright. There isn't a little sign that states "Please come steal our content for your website/forum."
You may not understand why people are upset over this matter, but when you sit down and spend hours and days typing out all of your OWN descriptions in your OWN words and someone steals your content and descriptions maybe then you will understand. I think it's sad that others feel the need to Plagerize other peoples work.
I agree that if you are truely sorry about copying all the descriptions word for word on your forum, then you would take everything that belongs to Web Design Talk off of your forum as soon as possible.
I think it needs to be updated. We're in 2004 now. But anyway, no one's supposed to steal content from WDT. Maybe some admins can move the copyright notice to a more prominent place? You could place it at the top of every page as well as at the bottom to prevent the recurrence of such theft.
You're still using identical descriptions word for word that you copied directly from this forum. Please remove/change them. Like I've told you many times already you're hurting your forum way more than you're helping it by ripping off this site.
You've been attempting to use that it's a TEST forum as an excuse. But you've said things like for your information you can't copyright words to me which is just like you saying that you're happy to use our work for your benefit. You're being totally ignorant about the whole situation. You remove some of the content you ripped off, but purposely leave some of it there. Why not remove it all? It's far from inspiration when it's copied word for word.
If it's just a test forum then why is it open to the public? Why are you attempting to gain traffic to your website with th use of our work? Why are you asking us if your forum would look better in phpBB when it's already in phpBB, and when it's a direct copy of this one? Now you're asking if it would look better in vBulletin. The answer is it looks terrible no matter which forum you use if you're going to keep using content you ripped off from others. It's obvious what you're doing to anyone with any common sense.
If it's just a test a forum, then why are you paying money to advertise it on google while using the content you ripped off from this website?
Why don't you come up with your own content and ideas? Why don't you wait until you have came up with your own content and ideas to ask how it looks? I know I've told you this already, although you don't really seem to care, but it would be in your best interest to remove/change everything you copied from this site. And I don't mean when you're ready. I mean immediately.
It's a popular misconception that you have to update your copyright year every year. Your work is copyrighted the day you create it. Just because someone's copyright year is not the current year, doesn't mean you are entitled to that work, in any sense, legal or moral.
if he really cared what any of us were saying, he would have taken it down a longgggg time ago, but at least he finally took it down... took him a while though
