Critique my site and ad

Hey all- I made a site for my work: http://www.war-comm.com. Let me know what you think of it. I'm still working on it though...

I also made an flyer advertisement: http://www.war-comm.com/ad.gif

Let me know what you think of the ad....does anyone know of a good marketing/advertising forum, btw?

I couldn't see the add....

The site is ok. It is just my opinion but it is a little black and white and a little square for my tastes but not bad. I would like to see the corners rounded and maybe a warmer backround color but like I said...Just my opinion...

I like the tabs... Very cool...

OK Cool.... so replace the white background with something warmer....would you suggest a certain color or just make it darker like grayish?

Yeah I was thinking about doing rounded corners. I started making the site before I knew much about photoshop.... I now know photoshop somewhat so I'll mess around with that idea

Keep trying to view the ad... it should be up. The ad doesn't have a super cool design to it....I just need it to be effective.

Don't just go by what I say... lol -- It is just my opinion that it would be more user friendly etc if it was a little more colorful.

Pick a color scheme you like...

Hopefully some others will chime in too and help you out..

I am getting a forbidden no permission page when trying to view your ad....
