It is decent, but here is what I would recommend.

First off, your forum size is quite small. I would suggest making more categories. Secondly, the black on the top image does not meet the black on the background...increase the quality of the image? I would also say make it smaller because you aren't even using the whole image space.

Also, your favicon should match your site. The whole site is black and red and your favicon is white? Also get the rest of the images to match the black background.

I like the clean layout but those things stood out quite a bit.

Nice design!
