First impressions:

A little too blue, im not a fan of dark forum skins and not many "professional" forums will use them...personaly i prefer 100% width with a right hand navigation bar, simalar to what namepros have.

It is a very nice skin (did you make it?) but im not sure it is suited to your sites subject.

Thanks for your review, I really appreciate it. But I won't just the skin because it attracts users. Everyone tells it's very good one. After I'll see the forum growing, the skin will be changed to a more "professional" one.

Make it more pro. The dark color of ur forum's skin is making it seem like newbies forum

Don't know why, but i kinda like the layout. It's got an unique look and this is a good thing. You have a lot of categories though .. try to fill them with threads so that the forums don't look that empty.

And I'd change the welcome message with a personalized one. Tell me, your visitor WHY should I register there, what are the features and so on.

The color scheme feels off. None of the colors quite match well. Also the gradients look very basic, like Photoshop. I would get someone from NP to design a custom skin.

Sorry if this is harsh, just trying to help out.

Looks nice but not professional. The width should be 100%, the color scheme is ok. There are lot of categories which I think should be filled up with some threads so your forum won't look empty.
