A couple of things I would change:

- I'm not big on the highlighter effect onmouseover.
- I'd add a mouseover effect to the navigation at the top. Just something simple like the text changing from black to red or blue or something.
- whats wrong with black text? I'm not liking the grey... why make content harder to read?

And what I like:
-Overall design
-Ease of use and navigation structure
-Portfolio Layout is outstanding

All in all looks awesome.

just add a rollover to your nav, then i see nothing wrong with it, very nice professional looking site.

one thing actually, i say this to alot of people about there title of there page... having all those spaces in the C i t r u s M e d i a that would give you very good search results. So i would just take out the spaces write it normally Citrus Media and then you'll have a higher chance of being shown in a search.

I think it could use some type of mouseover on the nav, and I would have to ditch the highlight effect :-/

definatly needs mouse overs on the navigation. And at the botton right, where home, policy and contact us are... dont make them highlight on mouseover... sorry, just me LOL but the design is great, only change the nav and itll be fine.

and maby change "what we do" to services or something. what we do seems a bit weird

looks good, very clean and corporate. The one thing i noticed was the flash was jerky, try upping the frame rate to at least 20, probably 30 (unless you are targeting users with sub 500mhz pcs)

Nice look. Very professional. But what's the point of mentioning "Flash Enabled" at the bottom of the site?
