It's just a one page site but good design. I specially like the banner. There are too many google ads there and I think their placement is also not proper.

Like the banner, don't like the background.
Like the div layout, don't like substituting a nav menu with Google ads

Yeah i like too but find the google ads across the top take away from the content and feel of the page.
