Very neopetish...especially the avatars *cough*neoboards*cough*. The site would look a lot better if you kept a little more consistent with the colour scheme - the white content box background doesn't fit in. The left nav bar is OK, but the right nav bar sorta drives me nuts, I however do like the header image. Change your right nav bar a little, more like the left one.

Otherwise, it's an OK layout and pretty steady design.

I like it. Just one problem... for some reason, the top header doesn't show fully. Just the top part shows. Maybe I didn't wait long enough though. And, yea, the right nav bar should be made like the left one. Makes it look easier on the eyes.
