My first site for critique

This is my first post here. I'm working on my first "for pay" site and I was wondering if anyone could give me any useful pointers. The address is http://www.scarefare.com/test Let me know what you think. Be completely honest. Criticism helps.

Lol i love it! A few ideas are, perhaps you could make the edges of the image on the homepage burned or cut at the edges to add to the effect. I like the white illumination when you hover over the links although i think that effect could be improved as it looks a little pixelated to me. But nice site and keep it up

Thanks! I appreciate the compliments. That's a really good idea for the images as someone mentioned to me that they looked very "chop and plop". lol So that should work good. I'll see what I can do with the glow effect. Maybe saving it as a jpg instead of gif will work since jpgs handle that kind of stuff better.
