Links aren't very well coloured - you can barely read them on 32-bit colour. I would be horrified for 8-bitters. It's just waaay too orange.

I would also change the site links at the top. It looks too full. Maybe change the content text size and alignment - center and large text don't go with content very well.

I guess the layout's OK but I would pretty much change everything except the header and footer...

sorry I really dont like it

you need padding, a clearer logo, better colours and dont make thinks bold when you rollover! it pushed the other text, and makes it look unprofessional imo.

I am currently working on CSS and the header Forum Links.
