first off, I think that the top banner shouldnt go all the way across, like maybe set everythign into a "box". The site does have broken links so I hope thats going to be fixed. Even that the site is allmost soly based off a google add, it can still look nice. With some work, you could have a better site, but its a good start.(maybe have some sort of content also)

Not sure. Try using front page to make the account. That would make it firefox and IE enabled. Or just copy and source into fp, edit something small then save it. Usualy works for me then. FP automaticaly fixes it for IE, then default for FF.

Nice and simple site. The font on the bottom of the link is too small, maybe make it a bit bigger...

Even though the content is less, I still see the vertical scrollbar in my IE. That looks bad.
Also, the footer should go right to the bottom of the page. Search for "100% footer with css" on google, ull get a few links to fix that.
The text link should come just above the footer.
The checkbox "Open web proxy in a new window " should come directly beneath the text-box

Probably you can put the rectangular adbox at the right side instead of the 468*60 box.

Also, at my side, there was some javascript error.

Have I suggested more than I need to? lol ..sorry
