Advices please.

I'm developing my company site (in spanish). I have to put some pics still and other little things.

My site

I need some advices about the left-menu div (where "empresa" "instalaciones" ...). I tried with some pics as background but doesn't works. What can I do?

Sorry to tell you but this site seems so simple.

I cannot know what is written as i don't know spanish but try to use images or Some descent CSS for the menus.
