I have to admit, that actually is a pretty good idea. Great for aspiring Web Designers looking to get a second opinion, or maybe professionals looking for extra cash.

Anyways, good colors, good layout. The only thing I see wrong is the width of the main body...It seems a bit too small for most resolutions. Everything is well designed though, and one more time: good use of those colors. Very original idea.

I may extend the layout so it fits 1024x768 and larger better as that would be the target audience as 800x600 users are rarely designers.

That is a very good idea. I would suggest maybe darkening the blue text. It is a little hard to read with the lime green.

Did you actually make an agreement with the websites you listed? Im not accusing you or anything, just curious.

One thing I noticed. I dont really understand in the navigation on the left how you have start a contest and submit a contest. Seems kinda the same to me. And also, maybe put a link there for Find A Contest or Enter a contest that takes you to a page dedicated to contest lists.

One other thing, you should maybe write somewhere what the point of the site is. I knew because you described it here, but maybe have a one paragraph summary of the site. Nothing major.
