AIDS/HIV
It is good. I noticed a couple of things.

First, I would center the site and maybe put a border around it. If no border at least make the background a different color and make all of the content area white so it borders itself in. Then at the bottom the 0 registered users thing really doesn't match the site. The text is huge and it just doesn't belong there. Maybe make a box on the main site with stats?

Align the page centrally and add a background to the page. Also consider placing the member login box in the left corner. The text below saying 0 registered users online doesn't look good.

buddybuddha is an unknown quantity at this point

Very nice. A few things need noting:

The quick search part is a little too transparent. The background is distracting and it is difficult to read at the darker parts.
Also, the select boxes extend a litte outside of the height of the element. That should be fixed.
Also, you should make the content extend to the same width as your navigation. It looks wierd near the end like it is hanging out into space.
Get rid of the whos online thing until you actually have a signifigant amount of people online at times. When people go to a site to meet singles, I assume they are trying to expedite the process of entering into a relationship, so telling them to wait until someone logs on is not a good plan.

Also I think the part where you show four selling points shouldnt be italicized. And maybe link it to some more information about that point.

Thats about all I saw right away, overall it was attractive though. I like the logo.
