New redesign on my Services page

hey you lot, here's another version of my siteof free lancer webdesign.

now, i got a question for you people. It seems like all of you here are not exactly webdesigners, but webprofit people. i mean, every site you submit is just links, and adsense stuff or similar, not quite many graphics to admire.

I think putting that on my site would not mean a thing, cause no one visits it musch. I tried google ad words for a sum, but it got me no clients, so no income, no investment. And i dont even understand what is SEO. All i want is visits -> clients -> work, so than i can get some money to invest in these things, but i can't seem to know how it gets revenues.

Can you advise me?

Layout of your website is good. But flash header must have a pre-loader, so that people understand what is going on.. right now there is white space without any notification only .

About your question... the best answer is to reading forums/posts and do googling and looking for information. Ad words not an only way to find clients...

Work recommendations or word-of-mouth advertisements are the best...

Nice layout, very attractive and good looking banner. I think you need to work on the flash menu a bit. About getting visitors to your site, as Obenix mentioned word of mouth works the best. First you should concentrate on your local market. Tell your friends and people whom you know about your site and ask them to pass on the word too.

Positive: Great color choice and layout. I really do love it. I went through the whole site and it looks to have been done very well.

Negative: The flash menu should be a little easier on the eyes on the mouse over. Also the copyright info and stuff at the bottom should center with the page.

Attractiveness: 9/10
Content: N.A. (different language)
Layout: 10/10
Overall: 9.5/10
