Athena Directory - website review

Hi all,

I have recently created a webdirectory www.athenadirectory.com.
i would like to get some of your feedback on the design, colours, navigation...

Very nice, I like the color scehme. Here are my comments:
- make the search textbox a little bigger
- the white-on-blue headers are a bit hard to read
- add 5-10 pixels padding after the footer line
