Wow! cool banner. Well designed site and neat layout. Just a suggestion maybe you should consider changing the background color as it's color is quite similar to the page body color.

Looks good, The horizontal menus I think are a little hard to read , all the red kind of over powers them, which makes you look hard to be able to read them.

It takes a very long time to load, is there any reason you've cut the header into 7 peices and put them in individual table cells? Is there any reason at all to use so many tables at all?

I think you should really do some research about tables vs clean markup and CSS, http://hotdesign.com/seybold/

btw, it does look very nice and it doesn't seem too difficult to use.

Great Header....But The NAV bar has liks with too small a font....And the Photos of the shoes dont look all that professional
