The flash header is very good but the text above the header is not clearly visible which makes it difficult to read. The design and the layout is clean and consistent. I think you should look to change the background color, opt for a more attractive color.

The site design itself is very pleasing to the eyes. However, it has many technical flaws, in my opinion.
