Very nice. Layout is aligned correctly and looks clean and professional. However one thing I suggest you do is link your logo to your main index so visitors can easily return to the main page. A question... why is your news page named News.html? There's really no need for the capital letter, don't mind my nitpicking but sometimes capital letters can mess a url up so maybe you could rename it to just plain news.html? Alright I'll stop now... I'm too much of a perfectionist.

It has being designed by intrelix.com.

I got inspired by many site verio did i believe

It was designed by Ravio and I highly suggest choosing another design.

They do alike.

But Yours is kinda unique.
Nice design.Who is your designer BTW.

You could try using different urls for each hosting package.

They dont look that much alike :-/
His have different colors and somewhat different layout.

There's no need to change the layout. Just because the format is the same doesn't mean it's a rip off of hostspring.com. There are many many sites out there who share the same layout format but it doesn't mean they've copied each other. Your layout is fine as it is.

Well thanks alot for this review.

I took the website down and will do some changes. Even if most of you saying it's ok, we will make some changes so it doesnt look like the hostspring one (:
