No life.

The font is very small, might want to try a larger font to make you page more compact. The navigational menu, try to use css on this portion. Try to use different color for your welcome message, topic and content. Since this is a hosting services, might want to try to add computer/server on the header part. Make it more livelier

Well, it seems very plain to me. The header needs to have more to it. The "tag line" is good, but it seems to be missing the name. The site is very, very white. I would suggest that you add some color, possibly just a light colored background would make a difference. Good luck with this project!

Here are my thoughts.

The display is messed up in Firefox, probably because of the use of tables.
Missing a button top right.
Purchase returns to another line, looking very bad.
The links are standard blue and purple, yuck!
Text is small.
Not enough pictures.
Very bland.
Nice header.

Sorry to ream you a new one. The concept is good and the header is good. I just don't like what is below. View this site in Firefox and see what is wrong. It looks off quite a bit.
