To be honest - too much grey and times new roman is a web design no-no unless you're going for a "classic" look.

Make the Adsense at the top blend in more with the site and watch your CTR go up.

Also, your sig is far too big! 4 lines maximum!

And, people only like to download stuff from the official site, and I highy doubt that Ares will enjoy you hotlinking their downloads

It looks quite bland and nooblike. Way too much grey, bad banner, and the content is scattered all over.
