I don't really get the kids stock photos on the home page. Then there is an alcohol t-shirt listed just beaneath them, heh.

Instead of kids how about teen/20's people sporting T-shirts. Actually with the right stock photography you should be able to photoshop some of your shirts onto them pretty easily.

Please check your banner, the image of the earth (at least the yellow glow) is cut off, you might want to fix that, or just come up with a different logo, something that relates to your subject. I'm not too fond of the color scheme either, but the organization looks okay anyway.

Looks good. In my opinion the pink and purple is too feminine. I would make them more central colors.
