Third World Education

Review my business site. Please!

EmmSeeMusic.com

I made this a few years ago, and I get consistent traffic with the business I do. How is the design? I will be taking the RED CROSS ad off the index.htm tonight, that helps center the animation!

Thanks-

Nice site, will be better without the redcross ad. I like the design and colors, very nice job.

I don't really like splash pages, and I think nobody uses them anymore nowadays. People like to get to where they want fast, without frills as possible.

The design looks okay, I like the header. Only problem I see is the inconsistency of fonts across the pages, and even within a page.

Everything is very... plain. Try experimenting with different fonts for the header. Also, try to synchronize your font and style sheet so that the nav bar and the main content look a bit more together.

Thanks for the comments everyone. It does need an updating... it's been the same style since I put it up in mid-2003.

Not too keen on it...

The grey makes it look unmodern (Yes, i have said this in a few threads, but it's true )

and the big images that says "Matt Cullum" etc, looks messy, text is all over the place

You should try to make that part more simple...if you know what i mean.

The intro is cool, could use some sound. The site however looks like a Frontpage creation. You need to work on the links, the header, and the text. First off the links look too much like a predesigned linkage. Second off the header needs a little work. Third off all you titles are gradiented and just not matching. I would recommend working on these key concepts and reposting it for review.

Thanks for the comments again...

I used Dreamweaver exclusively on it. I'll be working on it in the coming months and I'll post an update.
