I agree with Troubled1 about the background. I understand the logic of it, as I use it too for my websites, but in this case the contrast is very high, so maybe lightening a little the background (just a bit) would improve the overall look while still keeping focus on content. Other than that, the site looks really good

Not bad, however, the blue is too bright, it doesn't look right, as the background is dark...
