The site itself looks great. I would suggest that you remove some of the scrolling. There is a lot of it and it is very distracting. Plus if someone misses something they have to sit and wait for it to come back around, which is asking a lot of a visitor. I love the header! You have created a fantastic site!

Nice design and layout and yes the scrolling is too much. I think the "log in" column, "register" and "search" should be placed below the header.

It takes quite some time to load. Not only that but it looks really weird in Mozilla Firefox. It actually looks horrible in FF. Check it out. What is it supposed to look like?

It takes too long to load, people might be discouraged to wait for your site to load and might just leave even before seeing it.

And there are a lot of people using Firefox and other browsers now, so it'll be better to make it cross-browser compatible

well, i have no idea how to make it multi-browser compatible since i am not a designer. any help? As for the speed, i think thats the price to pay if you want a flash site...
