Looks nice and simple, although you may want to reduce your menu coz it's spanning three lines and it may confuse the user. Maybe you can group them into subgroups, and use a drop down menu for each. Or you can transfer some of the options on a sidebar menu.

looks like an ad site way to many ads on there.

A couple of things...

- Think of a color scheme that you like and stick to it in everything the site needs.
- Images. Need more of them.
- Ads. Try to either lower the amount of ads or distribute them more so that they don't look so cluttered.

I like the site and the way its layed out. First, the colorful header pic and logo are clear and eye-catching. The (3) line topic-specific links are perfect. Good description of each link's topic and they are spaced apart the correct amount. Each link's landing page maintains consistency with the homepage and the subject material provided gives the reader what he/she is looking for.

The google ads are OK. I might suggest reducing the size or number of ads (if possible). Someone mentioned adding an extra graphic or two which is not a bad idea. Overall, really like the site. Most importantly, your content is right on target. Very nice domain.

The header image is colorful and catchy. I think the menu is looking messy, you should create a main menu with sub menus or drop down menus which will give it a neat look.
