Doesn't look real professional to me, the text looks faded or something. Maybe thats just because of it being a .jpg. Layout is nice but all in all it needs more work.

I think the biggest issue here would be that there isn't an established color scheme. Pick 2-3 colors and stick with them throughout the site. I think this will help alot. Hope it does.

You used too many colors which is not suitable for the users. I agree to Eman, you should used 2-3 colors throughout your site and your font is too big.

Looks a bit newbie-ish, perhaps you could use shades of the same color instead of rainbow colors?

I agree - although rainbow colours are great - this doesn't look sleek and professional. Try a metallic colour and the shades that are in it and use one contrasting colour to give the whole thing a "pulled together" feel to it.
