no i paid $45 for it but i think it was worth it, lol even tho it was my last $45 for it

somwhow tho i thin i was ripped off there is a copyright link at the bottom of the page, and i dont think it is this persons.....

The code on the forumhome page also caused memory violations in my HTML-Tidy. Locked it cold. Apparently one of the scripts is acting up.

charset=utf-8 is more ideal, especially if you plan to draw international traffic (from other EU nations)...

Use an import call for the stylesheets, it'll save bandwidth and load time since only specific CSS is downloaded -- not the whole stylesheet. With phpBB2 and clones that stylesheet can be l-o-n-g.

Personally, I'd go in and convert it to xhtml for SEO (they love xhtml better). And it'll be better if you wish to use RSS (which is a wonderful feature to grab headlines and import them directly to your forum -- can be used for news threads), and even syndication of your forum content.

Visually...

Overall design itself is okay. But the colors are hard on the eyes <-- that's what one sees when they're tired, a washed out look. Some more saturation will do better. And since this is a web design forum SHOW OFF.

It's a nice and clean design but for me it's a little bland. Overall though it looks very nice.

You've amassed some NP$ that can be used for help -- even if it's by piecemeal (x/html tweaking here, code tweaking there, etc.). Someone would probably do it for a couple hundred NP$ (I would).

Nice looking forum but i think a bit more contrast in colors would be better.

In the future always check a forums website for skins before buying one.
Phpbb in particular has a lot of skins available on their site for free.
