It looks simple, Fast designed site. I dont know about the scam part. I would put more work into this.

Yeah just a little bit more work, perhaps a header image, and an explanatio of what your site hopes to acheieve.

It started with one service - my ebook. Then I added the SigVertiser script section and got carried away, and kept adding more stuff.

Anyway, I've streamlined the items and made some modifications to the site.

I like the concept. Fairly easy to navigate. Simple, but effective design. I have to be honest when I first loaded the site, it did look a bit scamy. Looks good though.

Why does the top part remind me of iWEBTOOL.com?

Eh, D+ maybe ... not the greatest. Kind of messy. I don't really get it.

compuxp: I get design ideas from here and there, as we all do. With millions of websites on the Internet, it'll be difficult to create a website that's totally different from any other out there. And thanks for the D+, I had a look at your site too - http://www.mattsprojects.net/

My site design is orignal - I just don't like to see copied designs.

Maybe C or C- but still, overall, the design is messy and not professional. Looks like a scam site in my eyes.

looks more like promotion... too many ads for such simple page.
navigation bar on the top is a good thing. the rest is too simple. imho.

Not a bad looking site. I would go with a darker background to make it stand out more. Also a nice header above the navigation would look more professional. It kind of looks like it was thrown together in a hurry, a little more work though and it would look a lot more professional.
