It is a beautiful site. The main thing that I see that you might want to consider changing would be the header. There is no orange in it and is makes it look like it doesn't quite belong with the rest of the site. Maybe just change the menu items along the top to orange and possibly the web development/SEO as well.

Nice web design. They templates looks great. Has good color, lots of content, not a messy text everweres. Good job on this.

Logo banner needs to be centered. Showing 10px padding on the left in IE.

Crisp and clean layout -- a plus.

If you can, convert it into xhtml strict (search engines LOVE xhtml strict, as only content is featured on the page -- presentation tags are all in divs, that's remotely linked, causing just the essential xhtml tags on a given page).
