| New Member | Modded Mustangs review and help needed I just got finished redesigning the site for the 5th time :/ I've got a nav bar on the right side, and I cannot figure out how to keep the navigation tables aligned to the top. I've got a table with two td's, content on the left and navigation on the right. In the right td I've got 3 tables for different navigation. When the contents of the left td has a height greater than the right td then the bottom two navigation tables spread apart down to the middle and bottom. The only way I could fix it was to add another table at the bottom and size it's height to 400 px. Now, this causes me to lose my xhtml validation, and also will only work if I increase the size of the empty table as the page grows. This will be difficult because Im going to use a php includes to call that table. I don't want to end up with my footer a mile down the page even on pages with little content. Help :/ Modded Mustangs |

| Executive Admin Administrator | I am guessing there is a problem with the settings or something. When I went to this site everything is HUGE!! Have to scroll down and sideways to even be able to see everything and it was all distorted. I will check back again later to try and review. |

| NamePros Member | No margins. If an older NS browser comes by, they'll get a horizontal scroll (a kiss of death for a site, as no one likes them).Jello the banner. Make the logo no larger than an 486px wide banner ad, and use repeat-x in CSS to fill the right side of the page with it. That way it'll scale between the resolutions. Enclosed are some half-height W3C buttons (CSS and XHTML 1.0) and a TurckMMCache one (for those who use it) I made for my forum once. It takes up less real estate and much smaller than W3C's standard buttons. Hope that helps. CKL

| NamePros Regular | I like it; nicely done. I appreciate the elasticity of the design - that it doesn't look retarted on my screen when I have it maximized! Most sites do...

| Executive Admin Administrator | okay, since I was the only one who apparently had the problem with viewing this site I tried again... it worked this time without being all out of proportion. I don't know if you fixed anything, or if there was some kind of error when I loaded it before. The main thing that I see that you might want to work on, are the words written in flames and the header, they are very grainy which makes reading them a little more difficult. You can see what they say but the images aren't sharp. Overall I like the look of the site!! Well done. |
