Very simple, the top part seems not very unified, its the space inbetween the banners and the nav is spaced out on fullscreen (is contact us and FAQ suppost to be connected?)

i think you should change the black to more lighter color
it makes a highly contrast effect

I like the layout of this site. My question to you is why did you pick blue folders when your logo is orange and red? I agree with what Rajo is saying about the black. Maybe make it a shade of blue if that is the color you are going with. Think of maybe changing your logo to shades of blue if that is what you are going to be using on your site, either that or add more of the orange and red to the rest of the site.
