Hello,
This site is fresh on the market. I just started to put it together using CPGNuke and I am looking to you to see if I am heading in the right direction and what would you do in the design.
All advice welcomed!

I really like the header maybe center it. There is a big blank space next to it, as well as a thin line of something that doesn't belong. I would add a little more red to the forum or a little orange to the header so that they flow together.

It looks good!! You have put a lof of work into it and it shows.

My res is 1024x768 and I dont see a line. Can you tell me your res and the location (right/above) of that thin line of something...

I will work on the color combo....

Whatever the line was it is now gone and my resolution is 1400 x 1050.

I love the colors, but the header doesn't really match with the high-tech feel in my opinion.

it looks good but the header is too long on my 800 x 600 screen

It isn't bad but I recommend a new header image and centered. The black on the image does not match up with the black background as well. Maybe put a 1px orange border around the header just to you know take the eye away from it.
