Looks good but too much ads on top, may be place the google ads in bottom.

To many ad's is on top. Take some down. Other then that, looks great.

I agree with what the others have said about having too much going on before you get to the actual forums. You should move some of it to the bottom.

That being said... your color scheme is good and easy to read. I wish you continued luck in this venture.
