Can I ask for some advise/reviews on my site. Direction has changed a couple of times and now I'm unsure of my own opinion.
NO ADULT content is on the sites.

The header picure is very stretched and hard to tell that it is actually Vegas. The Sin City Blvd logo is nice but the rest of the header takes away from it.

The background is way too busy, you have a lot of content and the background is distracting of it.

If you really like the background then I would make the header less busy so there isn't so much going on. Maybe just use the Sin City Blvd logo alone??

I really like the flashing neon light effect you have in a couple of places!!

The layout is good and I for one appreciate that you have to scroll down to see the more "adult" ads and that they are not just in your face when you go to the site. It is obvious you have put a lot of work into this project. Well done.

And voting aside... I visited your site, saw the chick in the latex outfit, and went to buy some as a, umm, gift, for this girl I know, and sure enough, the links are all dead...

All the links at the top lead to a page that is completely different than the front page.

The title in the top image has a black background.. looks like a box in the picture, no good. The raindrops are killer... on my eyes, do away with them.

And I have no idea what your site is about... I originally just though it was selling latex paints, cuz that's what my eyes were drawn too, which is cool enough, but then I start looking around and I see ads for houses, chocolate fountains, cars, G4TV, cool text, DNA services (which is odd, cuz this is the last thing I should have to think about after visiting las vegas... especially if I used latex)...

I dont like this at all. To much motion going on in the background. The layout of it dose not look good. This whole layout needs to be redone.

The blinking background is a little hard. I would say make the background a solid color or something where the text is easier to read. I would also recommend making a site that does not stretch. If you have a stretch site have a logo that is consistent and displayed at the top left or right with a background auto stretch 1px banner that matches it. That way no matter what resolution you go to it always looks the same and fixed. As for the content it was semi-hard to read because it was cluttered. If you need help with ideas, pm me, and I can help you out more.

I like the changes that you have made. The header is much better and I like the plain black background. The only other thing you may want to consider working on is making all the pages uniform. As it is now when you click to go to the other sections of the website FAQ, News, Contact us, and Action Shots... the pages all look completely different. You have done a lot of work on this site. Well done!!

i can't see a bg image, it's totally black here
but the still the page is full of colors and glowing object
it's annoying
it has unorganized feelings
the logo is an opposite theme then the rest of the page

consitency, make sure all of your other pages use the same layout.

also, organise the page a bit more
