Just looks off centered. I know that's part of the design but just looks to old school?

we need to use more high quality picture not a stretched one
+ if you are talking about chocolate, make a chocolate feel
i'm sure there are lot of better chocolate products then the one you use
i think you are using the beige color to suit your theme ---> good start, work more on this direction

Its OK but logo would look better from the text.
