Its a nice clean simple layout, i think you defnitly a logo of some sort dosnt have to be fancy just some clean typography that relates with the theme of the site

Design suggestions: get a logo made and use it to spice up the header a bit. For a site like this, which could be a valuable tool, you don't want too many graphics. Perhaps just have a simple graphic logo that uses tables background colors and a couple small curved gifs to get rid of the boxiness on the tables.

The left column under iWebTool is a bit of a waste of space. You could use this to output more data regarding the site that was just queried, or make a little extra cash with AdWords.
