New theme implement...May cause problems?

I'm guessing this has an easy solution that I'm too dumb to realize.

Current page (using frames)

New page (without frames)

The new page includes the header banner in the table with the other graphics. Therefore it loads with the page. Will this use too much bandwidth? If so, how can I economize it better?

Also, for the new theme I added a column to both left and right on the table which holds a background image. How can I keep the table locked in that position so they dont move and screw up the look of the theme? I will want to use this a a template for the entire site.

Thanks for your time.

this is 2005, not 1999

dont worry about bandwidth, as long as your images are optimised niceley you will be much better off for leaving frames behind

your website and visitors will benifift so much more ie search engine ranks will improve, rendering times will improve, compatability will improve.

Guess I shoulda skipped that class a few years ago. Lol. I didn't know forms were so outdated. Surely they have a use somewhere currently lol.

Oh ya, don't forget about my original question after the frames one...I kinda forget it myself.
