I suggest, for SEO, that you make relavent file names. Instead of what you have, possibly use the country name, city name, ect.

SEO - very hard to create other name for files as file content is created dynamically and cat-ID and listing-id are required
For SEO I built in:
Category title is <h1> span tag
Each category and listing page has different page tile, content and search terms
Pages are created and transformed from e.g. relisting.php?relid=137&listingid=2645 to relisting_137_2645.php
Routine creates google *.xml sitemap in regular intervals
Site was launched July 5th, google picks up sitemap once or twice a day but did not index yet, Yahoo has indexed all pages and so far about 50 visitors came via search terms from Yahoo and Altavista
Stats so far (from July 5th:
Visits PViews
1,653 14,280

Hey,

I like it. Looks very simple, clean and easy to navigate. Well done. I would do some more work on the header tho.. doesn't look so good quality-wise. Also, where's your DOCTYPE ?

keep the header background get rid of the logo and change it to something more unique and professional.

It looks good but the blue menu doesn't work very well with the earthy greens and yellows...
