nice idea, I suggest you add explinations for what each terror alert means. As for design I think it's a little too simple. Add a logo and switch up the fonts.

Try using a different font and a smaller font size for the buttons, a pixel font would look great in there. You could add more to the concept, like linking to a page that has an article as to why there's a certain terror alert and what's going on.
