Nice, I like the aesthetics of the site. However a couple of things. It's not valid for a start:

You should also provide text links aswell as your image links in the form of a sitemap as images arn't screen reader/search engine friendly.

That is an excellent design , and i realy like that thing on the right with the scrolling text- you put a cursor on it and it stops for you to read. It is a great design.
