First Complete Site Ever

This is the first site I've successfully completed. No broken links and it fulfilled everything I wanted to do with the site.

Running off a friend's server, if it's not there, its because the server is down and should be up within about a week. Or else that friend will be in serious trouble.

Without reading the contact info part of my site, any guesses at my age?

Looks good....And for your age your obviously young so Ill guess 15

The only other reply I've received on the other forums was a person guessing I was 7 and the entire site was phpNuke.

Rather insulting.

It's alright, a bit dark though. Also, never use Times New Roman (or any serif fonts) on the web, always go for sans-serif fonts, Tahoma, Verdana and Arial are 3 of the best.

As for the age, age is irrelevant in this business, it all comes down to skills and experience,

Ya man age doesn't matter. The site looks pretty cool. It does load a little slow even though i'm on DSL. Try slicing the images you use. Also as a general rule try to avoid having the enter screen. Event though that pic looks way sweet, not many readers will want to click "enter" if they are first time visitors

I don't really like those dark websites.
But as you said it's you're first so i should say congrats .
Don't like the header at all , and the links in the header are hard to read

i think its pretty cool, especially for a first site.... except until Niek mentioned the header links, i didn't even realise they were there... but overall i think its really cool

did you make the PHP scripts?

It is also a slow load. It is like a p2/p3 server is loading those graphics. I am on a t3 line and it loaded like dial-up...lol

Hey,

The splash page looks really nice, I like it. I also like the header.. but the rest of the site needs some serious work, IMHO.
