Please Review

I need a review of a design for a header. I want something slick, sophisticated, yet not too flashy. Ars Technica is a great example of what I am shooting for. I already had the logo made up from someone before and I have altered it a bit to fit my needs. The title of the site is The Computer Shack and it is computer tutorials, fixes, forum for absolutely nothing.

It looks a little distorted. Is it the right size or is it just how the font is?

I find it a little hard to read the smaller writing. Other than that its good.

So what should I make bigger the sub text?

I think you have the size about right, just maybe make the smaller text a simpler font.

Although i dont know how that would look.

Sorry, its my fault. When i was loading the picture it was loading in a small window and the picture was distorting. If i maximise the browser then refresh the page it loads it as it should be. Strange.

But now i see that you had the picture fine the first time

The text is fine like that.

You like the blockier small text instead of the more precise? For some reason the more precise is looking really good.
