Hi all,

I'm designing a website for someone selling boxing merchandise. My latest and (I think) final attempt is here:

http:// www.kofightposters.com/index2.php

Do you think it's better than this? http:// www.kofightposters.com/index2.html

How could it be improved? Any likes/dislikes?

I like it but think their might be just a little too much black. Maybe add lighter background behind the posters or something, not quite sure.

I like it, I think the pictures on the first page should maybe link to the subjects to buy the merchandise, but otherwise it looks quite good

i like www.kofightposters.com/index2.php but the nav bar could have rollover images to make it better

what browser etc are you using? Can't see why it wouldn't be working.

I like the newer one myself The Dark Background works better for showing the posters off. The site is very well balanced and centered as well.
- In the "Latest additions to KOfightposters.com" I would lighten the word "Posters" up some as it is hardly noticeable ATM ~ But Overall it looks very nice IMO

Hey

The black background site actually looks better for me on the http://www.kofightposters.com/index2.php page. You could validate the code: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=ht...m%2Findex2.php and add a META description, which would help the client. The rollover navigation is done well.

I think for the boxes on the right of the page you could make the text links and underline them to make it absolutely clear they are supposed to click on them.

Why have you removed the copyright on the http://www.kofightposters.com/index2.php page?

Why is this formatting put in the style sheet? Same with

Code:

<td style="padding-left: 4px;" width="480" align="right">

You could put that in a class like

Code:

.td1/*you could put a better more descriptive class name here */ {padding-left: 4px; width: 480px;}

and then refer to that class in that td tag, so it would be

Code:

<td class="td1" align="right">

I'm not sure if you can do the "align=right" thing in CSS - like float:right or text-align:right. Anyway you could do more CSS things like that.

I do belive that the first is better than the second. The second one loaded alright in the middle but the header, I think, loaded a black background across the entire span of the page. I really like the first one and comparitively it is good. I do think however it still could use some work. If this was just for fun or a site you weren't doing much off of it would be great. The fact is if he owns a packaging something or other, or what have you, and is selling stuff off of this or rediricting his business to his webpage, then it is not good enough.
