Hmm ... not bad. I know a logo is meant to be simple, but, I think this one's just a bit too simple. I feel it is just yelling out for a symbol or something to identify it and the company by.

Also, give it some colour, grey is sort of boring, you want it to stick in viewer's minds, not bore them to death

Not trying to be nasty, just giving my 2 pennies (I'm not from the U.S)

In my opinion, the 'swoosh' is WAY overused. It's part of thousands of logos. You need something to make you different from everyone else. This logo just doesn't cut it... there's no personality to it. Sorry.

If it only took you ten seconds to make, then I'd ditch it right away

My company logo took me about 25 minutes to make the first draft and then, after about 14 revisions (on here and WDF) I finally got it how I wanted it.

I'd sugest to you that you should make a decent concept (spend about half an hour on it), then submit it here and revise it until its right.

I'm not saying its not possible to make a logo thats right on your first try, it is, but it doesn't happen very often

Heres an idea, post what you company does, and is all about. Before you can begin to review anything you need to know what it represents, I'm suprised so many people had opinions about it, when they didn't know what it was about.

When you design something, you have to be able to answer the question , "Why did I do this?" and "What does it represent?"

the list goes on... but none of them have OTT logos. Infact, the most intricate is coca-cola, which is still simple enough. Its not the logo that makes a good business, its the business itself.

The logo looks a little bit unprofessional. Its too curvy and "playful" and not very businesslike and professional, but there is nothing to stop you making it better. Change the font, and make the text smaller. Make the "L-shaped" bits a bit straigher, and voila!

Very simple is good for companies that have MILLIONS of dollars to pump that logo into your head through advertising. Starting companies usually have something more memorable and slowly siimplify over the years and as they grow.

It's also important not to confuse 'simple' with 'amateurish'. Many attempts at 'simple' end up looking like nothing more than a feeble attempt at looking professional. There is a very fine, but definite line in my opinion :-)
