I know that it is imposible to protect your web page source ,pictures etc...
But let's make them harder to still

Ack! JavaScript... I won't use it more than I am forced to.

On the other hand, it's kind of fascinating how HTML can be rendered that unreadable and still work... Yeah, yeah, nothing new, I know. They had encryption hundreds of years ago.

look at this i get my forum ( vBulletin) up and one my freind didnt have acces didnt have anything he do something with forum now when i want to open my forum i can see only msg that he stored there .

how to pretect or how to back my forum online

i dont realy see why i should encrypt my html code... its not a big deal that people see my code. whats wrong with that? html and client side script code was intended to be open source...

yes u r wright about open source ,but that is just for code language which is open source .Every web page is work of webmaster who's time to create certain page is valued (imo) and those who are stilling others work (intelectual ) is stilling ,criminal...
In that way you can copy code change some img and colors nad that's it ,that is not open source meaning isn't it ....

didnt talked about hacking read better man ! i need help i mean i need help to defense / secure my forum from this attacks .. all my freinds from msn are the hackers so i gave the link to one of them then he i can tell hack my forum i vent to visit my forum then i see only msg no forum no anythin , but still can acces to admincontrolpanel and ftp accces i want to know is there any chance i can secure my forum from this attacks , it is on vBulletin !

anyway if somebody have something to tell me or help me
post it here

this only reffers on the design of the site

on the developer side everyone has an opinion i dont really get upset if anyone steals the html code. and if someone is inspired about my site make me happy...that mean that someone likes my work. im also inspired by some sites. and dont tell that u never used somebody elses idea

Yep, I'd say the same for myself. However, protection against code theft isn't the only thing why this kind of encryption is useful.

Encryption of HTML, PHP, whatever code is also useful in that it decreases the final size of your script. Size as in bytes, so people will get considerably quicker loading times.

That's also the only reason why I'd ever use encryption, but there's no free tool that will allow me to run my whole site through the encrypter, and I won't do it one at a time (is is possible, anyway?).

I'll repeat what others have mentioned, this is not a hacking forum. The chances of you finding someone here who can stop your 'hacker' friend are extremely low.

My site was down because someone has hacked my site but now i use protector and i think that its better now!

well, make sure you have the latest code from the company - dont go near phpbb, their code seems to be easily hackable

All encrypted html is decryptable....easily

if a browser can read it, so can humans, after dreamweaver finished with it

and that encrypter aint that great, not very secure, i just figured out my own decryption method for it
